Mattias Klum has recently been appointed as a Special Advisor to EAT, a science-based non-profit dedicated to transforming the global food system. As part of the advisory group, Klum joins a network of experts offering strategic insight and hands-on support for EAT’s ongoing work at the intersection of health, sustainability, and food.

EAT was founded by the Stordalen Foundation, Stockholm Resilience Centre and the Wellcome Trust, and works to catalyze a fair and sustainable global food system by 2050.
