Mattias Klum Live at Filmhuset – Stories from Behind the Camera

September 6, 2026

On 17 September 2026, Mattias Klum will take the stage at Filmhuset in Stockholm for an inspiring evening of photography, filmmaking, creativity and storytelling.

Hosted by Goecker in collaboration with Focus Nordic, the event will be moderated by Calle Rosenqvist and will take the audience behind the images and into Klum’s life and work. Drawing on more than three decades behind the camera, Mattias will share personal stories, memorable encounters and experiences from assignments and expeditions around the world.

The evening will explore how ideas develop into compelling visual stories, what happens behind some of his most remarkable images, and what does not always go according to plan. The conversation will move between photography, filmmaking, creativity, adventure and the experiences that have shaped Mattias’ work over the years, with both seriousness and humor.

There will also be an opportunity for members of the audience to ask Mattias their own questions.
