Mattias Klum shares his favorite sustainable dining spots in Stockholm

April 2, 2025

Mattias Klum was recently featured on Secret Trips’ Instagram, where he highlighted some of his favorite restaurants in Stockholm—and what guides his choices.

“Stockholm’s food scene has become incredibly diverse,” Klum says in the post, emphasizing his appreciation for restaurants that align with his environmental values. Known for his deep commitment to conservation and sustainability, it’s no surprise that his preferred dining spots reflect the same ethos.

“As an environmentally concerned and informed human being, it’s important for me to eat out responsibly and the city is able to deliver,” he explains.

Among his top picks are ChouChou, a plant-forward restaurant challenging outdated ideas about vegan cuisine, and the Michelin-starred Frantzén, which Klum says “stands out” even after traveling all seven continents.
